How to Play
Chess 0 is the classic game of chess. All pieces start in their traditional positions, and turns alternate between White and Black.
- Click to Select a piece in the tray, then click an empty highlighted square in your starting zone to place it.
- Once placed, a piece cannot be moved until the setup phase is complete.
- Any pawn starting on **Rank 2 or higher** can double-step on its very first move.
- Pawns starting on **Rank 1** must first reach Rank 2, and can then double-step from there.
- For multiplayer, turns go in clockwise order around the board.
